Charles Miscio

Charles Miscio is a Senior Vice President with CBRE, specializing in office leasing across Metro Phoenix. He has been involved in the leasing, sale, development, repositioning, and marketing of some of the most iconic office properties in Midtown and Downtown Phoenix. Charles comes armed with 35 years of industry experience and he maintains long-standing relationships with some of the nation’s most distinguished commercial real estate owners. Through his innovative repositioning and marketing strategies, Charles creates exceptional added value to his clients, which results in increased occupancy levels and rental rates.

Charles started his career in commercial real estate in Washington D.C. before relocating to Phoenix in 1994. In 2001, he joined CBRE, but left to pursue other opportunities, one of which was at Colliers International where he spent 12 years. While at Colliers, Charles was involved in several notable projects, including the redevelopment of Park Central Mall and Sky Harbor Towers. He also served as a trusted advisor to several corporations as they purchased properties, one of which was to USAA during the acquisition of their corporate campus in Deer Valley. In 2019, Charles made a welcome return to CBRE.

Charles is a Level 4 hockey coach and has coached ±30 competitive hockey teams cross Metropolitan Phoenix. He serves as Head Coach/Director of Hockey at Notre Dame Preparatory in Scottsdale, AZ.

Mike Wilson
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Wilson has worked in commercial real estate since 1987 when he took the position of Chief Operating Officer of a real estate syndication firm.  In late 1988, he started Wilson Property Services, Inc.  He is actively involved in property management as well as the acquisition and development of commercial real estate.

Mr. Wilson worked for General Electric and Applied Materials from 1977 through 1986 in various engineering, marketing and manufacturing capacities. He earned degrees in biology and mechanical engineering and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona.

John Mitchell

Experienced in the duties of real estate/REO asset management inclusive of workout formulation and implementation of strategy, annual budgeting, business plans, capital projects, leasing, & property disposition. Other areas of expertise include CMBS bond valuation, property valuation, NPV modeling and negotiation.

Eric Wichterman is an Vice Chair with 29 years of experience. He specializes in the sale of office investment properties and heads the top private capital markets team in the Greater Phoenix area.

Over his career, Eric has closed over 593 sale transactions totaling over $4.14 billion in consideration, resulting in an unprecedented market share in the mid-cap sector of the Valley's office investment market. He has been the top overall producer of the Phoenix office 12 of the last 16 years.

Eric serves on the Executive Board of Cushman & Wakefield’s national Private Capital Group which represents mid-cap investors and private clients in acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties in the southwest.
