  • Guests must meet the specifications for membership in REIAC. To be a full member, the individual must be directly affiliated with a "principal" entity. This excludes brokers, third-party property management companies, service providers, vendors, accountants and law firms. We define "principals" to include: Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) possessing the discretion to invest on behalf of endowments and pension funds Banks, life insurance companies and other financial institutions and intermediaries Owners and developers actively involved in significant real estate transactions Operators of real estate investment funds REITs The REIAC Board of Directors has the right to refuse admission to those who do not qualify for membership. The Board respectfully requests your cooperation with this criteria.

11th Annual
REIAC Rockefeller Group Challenge

Please join us for the 11th Annual REIAC Rockefeller Group Challenge in support of the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program at the W.P. Carey School of Business.  

Eight teams from ASU’s MRED program prepare proposals but only the top three present their response to a request for development proposals created by MRED and the City of Mesa for a 7.65 acre parcel of land located at the NEC of Main Street and N. Stapley Drive. 

Each team will have just 10 minutes to present, with the winning team selected by the REIAC members in the audience.  The winning team members will each receive a $1,000 check.

No fee to attend for REIAC members!
Non Members $30 / Students $20
