This excludes brokers, third-party property management companies, service providers, vendors, accountants and law firms. We define "principals" to include: Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) possessing the discretion to invest on behalf of endowments and pension funds Banks, life insurance companies and other financial institutions and intermediaries Owners and developers actively involved in significant real estate transactions Operators of real estate investment funds REITs The REIAC Board of Directors has the right to refuse admission to those who do not qualify for membership. Trade Relations and Economics

Join us as we learn from a staff member of the Mexico Consulate present on Arizona-Mexico trade relations and economics.  Followed by SkyBridge, a dynamic international development to facilitate trade with Mexico features the nation’s first air cargo hub with a joint UD-Mexico Customs inspection facility and millions of square feet of aeronautical and commercial development.  This is a game changer for our community facilitating and expediting international trade.

Jorge Mendoza Yescas
Consul General of Mexico in Phoenix

Jorge Mendoza Yescas was appointed by the President of Mexico as Consul General of Mexico in Phoenix, Arizona, in March 2019, and ratified by the Mexican Senate in April of the same year.

He has an extensive consular career, serving in various Mexican representations in North America.

Prior to his posting as Consul General in Phoenix, Consul Mendoza served as Consul of legal affairs and documentation at the Consulate General of Mexico in Vancouver, British Columbia (2015-2019); Vice-Consul in Administration at the Consulate of Mexico in Presidio, Texas (2013-2015), and Consular Officer to the protection department at the Consulate of Mexico in Tucson (2004-2013).

He has contributed to several printed and digital media sources in Mexico and the United States in matters of migration, binational affairs and US politics.

Consul General Mendoza earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Sul Ross State University in Texas and a Law degree from the Universidad de Sonora.

Pete Wentis
Senior Vice President
CBRE

Pete Wentis, a Senior Vice President began his career at CBRE in 1981, specializes in the Southeast Valley Industrial Market. Pete has an extensive background in tenant representation and has worked exclusively to represent many national and regional companies in the greater Phoenix area with a very strong emphasis on High Technology type companies. Pete also represents a number of corporations on a national basis, integrating the global capacities of CBRE to assist these companies with their needs on a national and global basis.

Will Moseley
SkyBridge Arizona

Will Moseley is a native Arizonan, and after attending the University of Arizona, has been in Commercial Construction and Real Estate in the state for over thirty-five years. Starting his career in the field, he rose to Vice-President in the first construction firm for which he worked. He has served as Qualifying Party for his own General Contracting firm, in addition to serving in Executive and Business-Unit Management roles for another large, local General Contracting firm. Prior to his affiliation with SkyBridge Arizona, Will served as a Director of Project Management for an international Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firm in Phoenix.
