Guests must meet the specifications for membership in REIAC. To be a full member, the individual must be directly affiliated with a "principal" entity. This excludes brokers, third-party property management companies, service providers, vendors, accountants and law firms. We define "principals" to include: Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) possessing the discretion to invest on behalf of endowments and pension funds Banks, life insurance companies and other financial institutions and intermediaries Owners and developers actively involved in significant real estate transactions Operators of real estate investment funds REITs The REIAC Board of Directors has the right to refuse admission to those who do not qualify for membership. 10th Annual
REIAC Rockefeller Group Challenge

Please join us for the10th Annual REIAC Rockefeller Group Challenge in support of the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program at the W.P. Carey School of Business.

Three competing teams of graduating ASU MRED students will each present their development proposal for the vacant 218 acres owned by Mayo Clinic at 56th to 64th Streets and Mayo Blvd. Student teams will present their response to a request for development proposals created with Mayo and the MRED program.

Each team will have just 10 minutes to present, with the winning team selected by the REIAC members in the audience. The winning team members will each receive a $1,000 check.

May 3, 2023 ~ 3:30pm - 6:00pm

3:30pm Registration and Networking
4:00pm - 4:30pm 10th Anniversary Presentation with Past Winners
4:30pm - 5:30pm Team Presentations
5:30pm Voting, announcement of winning team, followed by networking mixer.
